snuzzl

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

These terms cover your use of snuzzl, an iOS app made by Nicholas Quach. Using the app means agreeing to them.

Please read this one. snuzzl is a reminder app, not a medical device and not veterinary advice. Reminders can fail — a phone can be off, out of battery, or have notifications disabled, and iOS limits how many reminders an app may schedule. Do not rely on snuzzl as the only safeguard for medication or any other care your pet's health depends on.

Your account

You need an account to use snuzzl. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for the accuracy of what you enter.

snuzzl+

The free version

Without snuzzl+ you can care for one pet of your own, with unlimited reminders, and see the last seven days of care history. Pets other people share with you don't count toward that.

Sharing pets

Sharing a pet gives that person access to its details, photos, reminders, and care history, and lets them log care and manage its reminders. Only invite people you trust with that. Invitations must be accepted, and either side can end a share at any time.

Acceptable use

Your content

What you put into snuzzl — your pets, photos, notes, and history — remains yours. You grant only the permission needed to store it and show it to you and anyone you've shared a pet with.

Availability

snuzzl is provided as-is. It depends on services that can go down, and it may be changed or interrupted. Reasonable care is taken to keep your data safe, but no service can promise perfection — keep your own record of anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, snuzzl and its developer are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm arising from a missed, delayed, or failed reminder. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for snuzzl in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings, which removes your data. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes belong to the courts located there.
