Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

snuzzl is made by Nicholas Quach, an independent developer. This policy describes what the app stores, who processes it, and how to get rid of it.

The short version. snuzzl stores your account details and the pet information you enter, so it can sync between your devices and the people you share a pet with. There is no advertising, no tracking, no analytics, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone beyond the services listed below. Deleting your account really deletes it.

What snuzzl stores

What snuzzl does not do

Who processes it

snuzzl relies on a small number of services to work. They process data on snuzzl's behalf, not for their own purposes.

Sharing a pet

When you share a pet with someone, they can see that pet's details, photos, reminders, care history, and vet dates, and they can add, edit, or delete its reminders and log care. Sharing only happens when they accept an invitation, and either of you can end it at any time — you by removing them, they by leaving the pet. Nothing else in your account is visible to them.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your device and never leave it. snuzzl has no push notification capability, so no notification data is sent anywhere.

Keeping and deleting your information

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account, from Settings inside the app, permanently removes your profile, pets, reminders, care history, and photos. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

A pet you share with someone remains with its owner if you leave it — you lose access, they keep their pet.

Your choices

Children

snuzzl is not directed at children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them. If you believe a child has created one, email hello@snuzzlapp.com and it will be removed.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, the date above will change and the app will point to the updated version.
